What should I do once I've bought the pack?
When you go to the checkout section, you will have to put an email address and your payment information (don't worry all of this is managed by Shopify, I won't see your credit card number or anything like that).
Once the payment has been accepted, you will receive an email in your inbox containing a link to download the preset files.
After downloading the file, you can proceed to install the presets in Serum.
Which version of Serum do I need?
To use these presets I advise that you download the latest version of Xfer Records Serum. These presets were built in version 1.368
Are the presets copyright-free?
Yes, once you have bought the pack you can do whatever you want with the presets inside it. In other words, if you make a hit song with those presets you won't have any copyright issues :)
Is Serum included in the pack?
Serum is not included in the pack. The Omega pack only contain presets.
If you want Serum, you need to go the official website (https://xferrecords.com) or rent it on Splice (https://splice.com/plugins/15493-serum-vst-au-by-xfer-records)
How do I install the pack in Serum?
To install the pack, you need to open Serum and click on the "Menu" button in the top right.
Once there, click on "Show Serum Presets Folder", this will open a window where are located all your serum files.
Search for the presets folder and drag and drop the presets from the Omega pack in the folder.
Once the files have been transferred you can close the window, close serum and restart your DAW (Ex : Logic Pro X, Ableton, Fl Studio, etc).
Reopen Serum and the presets should be there.
PS : you must restart your DAW, once the files have been transferred in the presets folder. Otherwise, it won't show up in Serum.
I didn't receive the email to download the presets, what should I do?
After completing your purchase, you will receive in your inbox a link to download the presets for Serum.
If you didn't receive the link and the payment has been accepted, go check your spam folder in your inbox. Sometimes spam filters can cause those types of problems.
If the problem persists, feel free to contact me by clicking on the "Contact" button in the header of this website. After that, I will check your email in my database to make sure that you are a real client and I will send you the presets files myself.
